At Little Learning Adventures, we want every customer to enjoy their learning experience. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.

Digital Products 🌈

All products sold by Little Learning Adventures are digital downloads, including printable learning packs, worksheets and educational activities.

No physical products will be shipped.

Once payment has been completed, your purchased digital files will be made available for download.

Cancellations & Refunds 💗

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content online normally have a 14-day cancellation period.

This cancellation right can be lost when you expressly consent to receiving your digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins, provided the other applicable legal requirements are met.

Where these requirements have been satisfied, we do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind after downloading has begun.

If these requirements have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.

Faulty or Incorrect Downloads ✏️

If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us.

This includes:

  • Download links that do not work
  • Damaged or corrupted PDF files
  • Incorrect learning packs
  • Missing pages or incomplete downloads

We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where digital content is faulty or does not meet legal requirements.
