Little Learning Adventures
At Little Learning Adventures, we want every customer to have a happy and enjoyable shopping experience. 💕
Please take a moment to read our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.
🌈 Digital Products
All products sold by Little Learning Adventures are digital downloads, including printable learning packs, worksheets and educational activities.
No physical products will be shipped or delivered.
Once your payment has been completed, your digital files will be made available for download.
💗 Cancellations & Refunds
Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content online normally have a 14-day cancellation period.
However, this right can be lost when the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that doing so means losing their cancellation right.
Where these legal requirements have been met and the digital content has begun downloading or streaming, we do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind.
If these requirements have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.
✏️ Faulty or Incorrect Downloads
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!
If you experience any of the following problems, please contact us:
- Your download link does not work.
- Your PDF file is damaged or cannot be opened.
- You receive the wrong learning pack.
- Your purchased files are incomplete or not as described.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Where digital content is faulty or does not meet your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
